Applies to the Rasmora Email Finder Chrome extension and to rasmora.com. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Rasmora is a business contact platform operated by Narail IT ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@rasmora.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Rasmora Email Finder Chrome extension (the "extension") and the website at rasmora.com (the "service").
The extension only reads a page while you have a LinkedIn profile, company or Sales Navigator page open. It does not run on other sites and it does not visit pages for you. What it sends to us is:
| What | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Profile fields — name, headline, current company, company page link, location, about text, experience, education, followers, profile photo URL, industry, skills | The page you are looking at | To identify the right person, to look their company up, and to show the lead in your account |
| Email addresses — one we find, one you type in yourself | The page, or your own input | To verify the mailbox against the company's mail server and to save the address you asked us to save |
| Company details — name, domain, website, industry, size, headquarters, specialties | The company page you open, or your own input | To resolve the company and to enrich our company records |
| Account data — your email address and a sign-in token | You, when you sign in | To know whose account the lookups and leads belong to |
The signed-in token is kept in your browser's own extension storage (chrome.storage.local). A small
cache of resolved company domains is kept there too, so the panel answers faster on pages you have already visited.
Nothing is stored in your browser that identifies anyone else.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending of any kind.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Your data is handled by a small number of service providers who process it only on our instructions:
We may disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of the service and its users.
Traffic to rasmora.com is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production data is limited to the people who must maintain it. No service can promise perfect security, but we keep the surface small: the extension talks to one server, over one API, with a token you can revoke.
The service is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note the new date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the product.
