Chrome extension help, and how to reach a human.
It found nothing — why?
Most often the mail server will not answer us (many block automated checks), or the company uses a catch-all server that accepts every address, so nothing can be proven. The panel says which of the two happened. Try again a few minutes later — some servers only block for a short while.
What is the difference between Verified and Unverified?
Verified means the mail server accepted that exact mailbox. Unverified means we could not prove it — it may still be correct. We never label a guess as Verified.
I already know the address. Can I add it?
Yes. Type it into “Found the email yourself?” and press Verify. We check it against the mail server before saving, and tell you exactly what the server answered.
Does it run in the background?
No. The panel only reads the LinkedIn page you have open, and only while you are on it. It does not visit pages for you, does not sign in for you, and never sends messages.
How many lookups do I get?
Free accounts get a daily allowance of lookups and reveals; paid plans raise it. The panel tells you when the daily limit is reached.
How do I stop sharing data with Rasmora?
Sign out, or uninstall the extension — that clears everything it kept in your browser. To remove the data already in your account, write to support@rasmora.com and we will delete it. See the privacy policy for the details.
The panel is not showing on a profile
Reload the LinkedIn tab (Ctrl+R). If it still does not appear, open the extension's icon and sign in again — the panel needs a valid session to read anything.
Useful to include: your account email, the LinkedIn URL you were on, and the exact wording the panel showed.
