1. Using the service
Rasmora provides business data, email discovery, email verification and outreach tools. You may use them only for lawful purposes and in line with applicable anti-spam and data-protection law.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Do not share access or resell the service without our written agreement.
3. Data & acceptable use
You agree not to upload or process data you do not have the right to use, not to use the service to send unsolicited mail in breach of the law, and to honour unsubscribe and suppression requests you receive.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices for email-marketing plans are as listed on the pricing page.
5. Verification results
Email verification is best-effort. Catch-all domains cannot be confirmed by any provider and are marked as risky. We are not liable for delivery outcomes of mail you send.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or threaten its integrity.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
